3 Ways to Make this Thanksgiving the Best One Ever

Day 6 of our Thanksgiving blog hop comes from Danny Ray!

Can you picture Noah’s face when he saw the first rainbow? He just spent the last year on a boat with his family. 365+ days with his family! A year with his daughter-in-laws and his soon to be cursed son, Ham! How much Bingo, Monopoly and Scrabble can one family play? Imagine spending Thanksgiving with your entire family for a year with no place to go. Some of you know your family would not survive that year. Someone would be thrown overboard, someone would be strangled to death, and someone would get locked up with the lions.

Noah survived. He weathered the greatest storm the world has ever known.

Beautiful clouds.

Brilliant sunrises.

Breathless moments of awe.

The Creator’s paintbrush touching the sky with stunning beauty, but no rainbow.

  1. Love your blog! “‘Cause we love YOU TWO! Are enjoying our dear S & B, remembering, etc. etc. Weather has been delightful. Turkey will be in the oven by 10:15. Pies are in fridge, as well as already-cooked & mashed potatoes – plus rolls are rising in fridge. Papa MUST have Sherine’s mashed potato rolls! We don’t plan to play games for the next year, but could enjoy just being with them for the next year. ;o) You have such DEAR folks, Byron. Enjoying hearing about Rich’s birthday, etc. also. Praying you DO have a blessed Thanksgiving tomorrow. We all love you much! Hugs, Hugs, Mimi
