Inspiration

It’s late. I’m tired. I worked out for 70 minutes today… but then I ate an entire box of macaroni by myself.

I need some inspiration!

Okay, now I’ll go sleep. Breakfast tomorrow: eggs and toast. Lunch: protein shake. Go to the gym. Dinner: Yumm Bowl. Next (personal) weigh in is on Monday! Goal: 163lbs
